We collect account information (name, email, username, bcrypt-hashed password, optional phone for WhatsApp), content you create (tasks, notes, meetings), Gmail metadata for important/urgent messages if you grant Gmail access, Google Calendar event data you create through the service, and voice audio sent to OpenAI Whisper for transcription (not stored after processing).
We use your data to provide and improve the service, authenticate your identity, generate AI task suggestions and email summaries via OpenAI, send notifications via email and WhatsApp, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties or use your content to train AI models.
OpenAI — used for AI task generation, voice transcription (Whisper), and email classification. Google — used for Google Calendar and Gmail integration via OAuth. Meta WhatsApp Business API — used for task notifications if you provide a phone number. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You may access, correct, or delete your account data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@easternmg.com. You may disconnect Google integrations from the app settings at any time.
